For security reasons, all hardware wallet shipments include tracking information and require signature upon delivery.

What is your return policy?

For security reasons, we have a limited return policy for hardware wallets. Unopened devices in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Opened devices cannot be returned but are covered by our warranty for manufacturing defects. Please contact our support team to initiate a return or warranty claim.
